Workshop Restoration History

A standout release from Gottlieb Premier, Rescue 911 features an active overhead helicopter mechanism that hovers and magnetically captures the ball during multi-ball rescue sequences. Our bench overhaul included servicing the gantry stepper motors, ultrasonic cleaning of wire-form tracks, fresh flipper linkages, and optical switch recalibration.

Every cabinet undergoing restoration in our Bothwell Street Glasgow workshop is stripped down to its core chassis. We meticulously clean all internal wire harnesses, inspect logic boards for trace corrosion, replace aging electrolytic capacitors, and install fresh LED illumination.

Unlike raw auction imports that often pose fire and shock hazards, our equipment is fully re-engineered to British domestic safety standards (BS 1363 230V UK plug with integrated 5A fuse).

Why Commission a Custom Glasgow Build?

Commissioning or selecting a workshop-built machine from our Bothwell Street Glasgow facility allows you to tailor the control layout, illuminated button colours, and free-play or brass souvenir token mechanism to suit your private games room.

Every cabinet is constructed around a reinforced 18mm timber and steel enclosure, fitted with zero-ripple 230V UK power regulation and tested for 48 hours prior to dispatch.

4-Stage Engineering Protocol

How Our Bothwell Street Engineers Build It

Our technicians begin by stripping every chassis to bare metal and wood, ultrasonically cleaning stepper reels and optical encoders, and replacing aging electrolytic capacitors with high-endurance 105°C components.

Once the 45-point BS 1363 electrical audit is signed off, our two-man white-glove logistics crew delivers and levels the cabinet directly inside your home.
